One of the memories that Melinoë has of her youth is playing a simple game of hide and seek with her mentor, Hecate. The player has full control and must find Hecate a few times, so here is where to find Hecate during Hide and Seek in Hades 2.
How To Find Hecate During Hide and Seek in Hades 2
Hades 2 players will come across the hide and seek memory randomlyafter a few failed runs. Players must complete the memory to get back to the present-day underworld and commence more rogue-like runs.
However, the entire playable memory is shown in a darkish sepia tone where objects may blend into each other. This can make it hard to see for some in an almost pixel-hunting way or for those too impatient. Here are thethree hiding spotsthatHecatewill be at in order:
Hecate Hiding Spot #1
The first hiding spot isbeside some pots near the Incantation cauldron. While Hacate’s giant hat may give it away, those looking too fast may easily mistake it as one of the ornate pots. She has been circled in the image above for easier viewing.
Hecate Hiding Spot #2
The second hiding spot issouthwest of the cauldron by the river and some tree branches. In each of the hiding spots, Hecate will shift about a bit, and a speech bubble will appear when she talks. Noticing this will make it a lot easier to find and interact with her.
Hecate Hiding Spot #3
The third and final hiding spot isbehind a giant rock with three lanterns in the southeast. Players will have to loop back around to the cauldron and go down to the right. Thankfully, she is not as well hidden as the other two with objects in the way.
