TrollStore, the popular perma-signing utility by iOS developeropa334for iPhones and iPads running iOS & iPadOS 14.0-15.4.1 (and some iOS 15.5 betas) was updated to version 1.3.1 on Sunday.
The update comes just one day after therelease of TrollStore version 1.3, which was a substantial feature update to the utility to make installing and perma-signing apps even easier than it already was.
The version 1.3.1 update wasannouncedearly this morning on Twitter to fix a crash when tapping the cancel button on an app install alert and fix installing .ipa files (apps) fromiCloud Drivewhen using the in-app option.
In the announcement Tweet, opa334 conceded that there is another known bug where the TrollStore app may crash if pasting stuff into the URL field of the “Install from URL” option, but a fix will come as soon as the developer receives crash logs to learn what’s causing this to happen. That said, we should expect another update soon.
