Two men charged with misdemeanor theft charges on the leaked iPhone 4 prototype scandal from last year have pled not guilty in court. If you recall, an iPhone 4 prototype was found in a bar in Redwood City, California and then sold to gadget blog Gizmodo for $5,000. Gizmodo wascleared of chargeslast month, but two suspects that allegedly found the prototype are now being charged… CNETreports: “At an arraignment here this morning, lawyers for Brian Hogan, the man who allegedly found the prototype in a bar after it was left there by an Apple engineer, and Robert Sage Wallower, who is accused of that charge as well as possessing stolen property, entered their pleas before Superior Court Judge Jonathan Karesh....

Such unlawful charges typically cover unwanted text message alerts and other services like unauthorized SMS subscriptions for horoscopes, sports scores, ring tones and similar services that cost ten bucks per month or more. Tom Wheeler, the Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission, called the settlement “a win for consumers who have been victimized by cramming”, saying it will help protect all of T-Mobile’s customers from illicit charges in the future....

The Ford App Has A Remote Killswitch To Stop People From Stealing Your Truck, But It’s Not Free Realizing that your hard-earned vehicle has been stolen is one of the worst feelings you may have.
