Capcom announces free title update 2 for Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak is releasing end of September adding further monsters, new layered weapons features and more.
Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak Free Title Update 2 Releases September 29th
Capcom have already teased us with the new content that is arriving with Title Update 2, but now have pinned down the release date which isSeptember 29th. The update forMonster Hunter Rise Sunbreakis heading to Switch and PC adding new content to the game.
New Monsters
The update adds three new monsters and a new weapon transmog system. Monsters include the Flaming Espinas and the Violet Mizutsune. ThisMizutsunevariant uses a liquid-like explosive ability that attacks players with bright white flames.
Lastly the Risen Chameleos is a rare version of the Elder Dragon. ThisChameleosuses invisibility, poison breath and its wide-reaching tongue as attacks.

The Lost Code and Weapons Transmog
Players will be able to choose their favourite weapon looks with the weapon transmog options, much like the layered armor system that’s already in place. So if you want to fight monsters with some mighty dango or some corn on the cob you can. The new paid DLC called The Lost Code will also add variants for all 14 weapon types.
As previously teased, the Qurious Crafting system adds further slots and skill tiers. Anomaly investigations now got all the way to level 120 and have more end-game monsters to face. There are event quests which will be available on a weekly basis.

Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak will continue to gain regular updates with the next one coming in November 2022. More updates will also be coming throughout 2023.
Sunbreak receive itsfirst free updatewhich added new variants and monsters including theLucent Nargacugaand theSeething Bazelgeuse. But not only new monsters came to the game, but new area and activities. Anomaly Investigations added new quests for hunter’s to level Anomaly Research, adding a new way to augment equipment throughQurious Crafting.
