What is an Air-wheeler C9?
TheAir-wheeler C9first made an appearance when the player initially entered Solution Nine for the first time. They were probably stricken by the advanced civilization and technology that they didn’t see the flying cars and motorcycles.
While we already got the stylish, Tron-esque motorcycle,Air-wheeler A9 mountwhenDawntrailwas initially released – available for purchase after completing the story and getting to Solution Nine, the Air-wheeler C9 is a more advanced version that is a traditional car, or at least it would seem.
TheAir-Wheeler C9is a car model that features six wheels and a futuristic propeller on the back when taking it airborne. It’s similar to the Final Fantasy XV collaboration that saw Prince Noctis’ Star of Lucis car, which became one of the most popular mounts in the game, in that the Air-wheeler C9 allows you to seat up to three of your friends. Unfortunately, the windows are rolled up, so you’re unable to ride around in style with the boys or girls.
How to Obtain the Air-wheeler C9
At the current time, the Air-wheeler C9 is a fairly rare mount in Final Fantasy XIV.You’re unable to acquire it and sell it on the marketboard or trade it to friends. Instead, it is tied directly to the newestAAC Cruiserweight Savage raid tier.
Just as every past raid tier has had, the final floor of the tier has always had a challenging boss to overcome, and your reward is not only a random weapon, a weapon coffer and music to roll on, but it also features a unique, exclusive mount.
The last raid tier, the AAC Light-heavyweight division, saw the similar-styled motorbike,Monowheel S1, with the past expansions being themed after something within the story.The Air-wheeler C9is rewarded in the loot table to roll on when completingAAC Cruiserweight M4 Savage. If you roll high or coordinate it with a static, you’ll be able to get the mount key to unlock the mount to use at your disposal. Considering the raid just came out, there are very few who actually have this mount.
