It’s finally here, get ready for the network test dates for the newDark SoulsRemastered, FromSoftware announced on aTwitter postthe test will be available from May 11th to 12th, 2018 for PS4 and Xbox One. While the official launch date forDark SoulsRemastered is May 25th for PS4, Xbox One and PC. Thedelayed released of the Nintendo Switch versionmeans the network test dates for that will also be delayed, we’ll let you know soon as we know anything.
Dark Souls Remastered Network Test Dates
FromSoftware have announced the network test dates will be from May 11th and May 12th and will be on platforms PS4 and Xbox One. The first test will be available from 7 to 10pm JST on May 11th and second test will be May 12th from 7pm to 10pm. The downloadable client will be available starting May 1st until 7th for Japan (see below for North America dates and times). ensure you grab the download before the deadline closes so you’re ready to play when the test goes live. The size of the client is about three gigabytes in size and downloadable by all, so make sure you have the space ready on your console.

The game test client will be available for free from the PlayStation Store and Xbox Game store during the distribution period and is free to play.
The purpose of the network test is to check the load on the game servers, and the correct function of the multiplayer gameplay.
